When Will My Seats Be Installed?

Your seats will be installed prior to the first home game if you placed your order before January 30th, 2025.  If you purchased your seats after January 30th, 2025, please email us to see if your seats will be installed prior to the first home game.

When and How can I purchase Game Day Seats?

Game day seats are not available for Baseball.

I don’t know my account log in or my log in is not working

You do not need to create an account to place your order, however if you would like one, you will need to create a brand-new account as this is a new website and different from the Football Seatback site. If you do create an account, you will have access to your orders.

Will my seats be installed for the entire season?

Yes. If you purchased your seatbacks prior to 1/30/2025 , your seats will be installed for the first game and remain in place until the season ends regardless of where your seats are located.

My seats are/were missing, what do I do?

If you arrive on gameday and one or all of your seats are missing, please contact us right away so we can document the incident.  Your seat will be reinstalled before the next home game.  You can reach us by email ([email protected]).

If you purchased your seatbacks 48 hours prior to the next home game, please check your email to see when your seats are slated to be installed.  Our installers are not always permitted in the stadium that close to game day, and while they do make every effort to have your seats installed, we are unable to guarantee it.
